Is there a way for me to easily track my orders?

At this time, there is no online tool which will enable you to track your individual order with The HC Companies. As long as you have an order number simply contact our Customer Service Team and they’ll be able to easily provide you with that information.

What if containers in my shipment are damaged upon arrival?

Contact our Customer Service Team. Please have your order number ready so they can find your order as quickly as possible to begin the claims process.
