Jason Brooker, Vice President of Manufacturing

Jason has spent over 20 years as an influential leader in the manufacturing sector, ensuring the quality and consistency of product production. An engineer by degree, he has worked in several industries including ceramics, metals, machining, electrical assembly, plastics and food for such manufacturing organizations as Cooper Industries, Jarden Applied Materials and Berry Plastics. Jason believes the key to success in manufacturing is when you’ve achieved gains in an area because of things you’ve done, then you must maintain the discipline to do those things day in and day out. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Dayton, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and is a Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt.
